Regency Guarantee

It’s fine giving a guarantee for a certain number of years but any problems on this type of job may not show until years down the line meaning, in many cases the guarantee isn’t worth the paper it’s written on.

We at Regency give an indefinite guarantee, this means that if anything goes wrong anytime in the future we will look at the problem and if it’s not due to normal wear and tear and is a result of a mistake on our part then we will put it right free of charge.

In some cases even if it is a result of wear and tear, if the rectification job is not too big then we would still do this free or at least omit the labor charge so you pay just for materials.

Our aim is to keep our customers happy. This will enable us to retain our excellent reputation and hopefully be recommended by you, to new customers.

Insurance backed guarantee for your loft conversion

We include a 10 year guarantee on the structural work that we do. This guarantee is insurance backed by Quality Assured National Warranties and includes insurance for any deposit you may pay.

Our written guarantee sets out our obligation to rectify defects in your installation. It cannot however guarantee that we will always be around. If we cease to trade, and defects subsequently develop in your installation, our guarantee, although made in good faith, with the best of intentions, would be functionally useless. This is a particularly relevant concern in these uncertain economic times.

So, in the unlikely event that we cease to trade and we are unable to rectify any fault that becomes apparent within the ten year guarantee period, your insurance guarantee will pay for the fault to be rectified.
