This fully automated system allows Regency loft Conversion clients to track and manage a number of important aspects of their project from the start to finish.
As part of this service you will be able to have access to all important documents and plans relating to your project. You will be able to track the progress of your project as it moves through the design & planning stages as well as receiving invoices and payment reminders.
As part of the service there is also a section on the customer dashboard that allows you to create a ticket with any questions or requests about your loft conversion, once received a member of our team will be in contact to answer your query.
What happens if you decide to add something to your build halfway through? No problem, simply raise a ticket requesting to add extra items to your project such as decoration, extra carpentry work etc. and we will send you a quotation before you decide to proceed.
All clients of Regency Loft Conversions will receive their login details and a user manual to help guide them through the system once they are in contract with us.
