STUNNING LOFT TRANSFORMATIONS

Loft Conversion External Finishes

When having a loft conversion built, the customer tends to think of the inside of the loft conversion and not about the outside of the loft conversion, Regency will always recommend the customer match to existing roof lines and colours, this will make sure there home is ascetically pleasing and will never look out of place, but of course the choice is up to the customer. There are a variety of different dormer cladding options available to you that will make your loft look as great from the outside as it will inside.

Below we have listed the various options that are available for the exterior of your loft conversion, please note sometimes this may vary if you live in a conservation area and strict planning guidelines have to be followed, but most of the times this is not the case and conservation guidelines only follow in around 1 percent of loft conversions built.

In all cases our Design and consultation manager will advise you of exactly what can and cannot be done at our initial meeting.

Plain Roof Tiles

Plain Roof tiles are typically used for the sides and front of the dormer loft conversion and will usually match the existing roof colour, this ensures the dormer finish is in keeping with the roof colour.

If you decide you want to change your existing roof colour no problem, we can match your new dormer to the new roof colour of your choice.
