    Combination Boiler Product Description

The Greenstar 8000 Life 50 kW is the most powerful combi boiler in the range. It’s a condensing gas-fired boiler, designed and manufactured by Worcester Bosch, that’s compact and highly efficient.

How efficient is the Greenstar 8000 Life?

With a seasonal efficiency rating of 94%, awarding it with an ErP A-rating for heat and hot water, the Greenstar 8000 is a boiler that could help to save you money on your energy bills.

Is the output rating suitable for my home?

A 50 kW domestic hot water output rating makes this the ideal boiler for properties with 2 bathrooms and an ensuite. It also has a central heating output rating of 35 kW, perfect for a property with around 15 radiators.

Are any other options available in the range?

If the 50 kW domestic hot water output is too much for your home, then combi boilers with outputs of 30 kW, 35 kW, 40 kW and 45 kW are also available. Plus, if you’d like a different type of heating system altogether then Greenstar 8000 Lifestyle boilers are available system and regular units too.

Is a combi boiler suitable for my home?

A combi boiler is the ideal heating system for homes with 1-2 bathrooms and no room to spare for additional tanks or cylinders. They’re cost-effective heating systems that deliver heating and hot water on demand but this does mean that they struggle to provide hot water to more than 1 outlet at a time.

How long is the warranty period?

Featuring a 5 year warranty as standard, that can be extended to 12 years when installed by a Worcester Bosch Accredited Installer, you can have confidence that the Greenstar 8000 Life is a boiler you can rely on. Designed to help save space around your home, the Greenstar 8000 Life combi is compact in size and comes wall-mounted. Despite being compact in size, there’s still plenty of room for a whole host of features and benefits: available in 2 distinctive high-gloss colours, improved efficiency thanks to an increased modulation ratio of 1:10, on/off cycling prevention to prolong the life of the boiler, robust and lightweight design to make installation simpler, compatibility with the latest intelligent smart technology – including Bosch Easycontrol and the Greenstar intelligent filling system which allows the boiler to maintain optimum pressure without the need to operate a filling link – a push button LCD display, full colour display and clear text descriptions to give you maximum control over the unit. Plus, all internal components can be easily accessed as the front cover, top and side panels are removable, helping to save you money on any future maintenance and servicing.

How big is the Greenstar 8000 Life 50?

Dimensions of 780 x 440 x 365mm (HxWxD) make this a compact boiler which won’t take up too much space.
