Job responsibilities:

• Managing loft conversion projects from start to finish.
• Must be able to work in conjunction with a project manager.
• Installing loft insulation, windows, staircases, and other structural elements as required.
• Ensuring compliance with building regulations and health and safety standards.
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

You will be expected to successfully utilise our digital software for each build, tablet supplied.

Job requirements:

• Full Driving licence.
• Punctual, reliable and trustworthy, this is an absolute must.
• Proven experience as a Loft Fitter, with a track record of delivering high-quality loft conversions on time.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
• Comprehensive knowledge of building regulations and health and safety standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional workmanship.
