Installation of new 4 x 2 studwork along dwarf wall main beam.
Installation of Tri iso Super 10 insulation quilt or 100mm Celotex rigid insulation boards to be installed to new dwarf walls,
3 x 1 timber to be installed to dwarf wall 4 x 2 structure above Tri iso Super 10 insulation quilt or 100mm Celotex rigid insulation
Installation of new12mm plasterboards to be screwed to 3 x 1 timbers to secure fixing.
Plasterboard surfaces to have self-adhesive fiberglass scrim over all joints.
Plaster finished with a 3mm skim of ‘Thistle’ multi finish, to a true flat surface, to give a minimum half hour fire resistance.
