As part of our design process, Regency Loft Conversions will initially put together a design for your bathroom with yourself while your loft conversion is being built, once this has been completed a plan will be sent to our suppliers, we will then arrange a convenient time with you and our suppliers at their showroom to sit down and go through every option and create a 3d Design for your new bathroom/ ensuite, once you are happy with the design of your new bathroom / Ensuite a quotation will be sent to you with the exact cost for the bathroom fixtures and fittings, please note if you require Regency Loft Conversions to Tile your bathroom / Ensuite as an addition if not already included in the proposal our suppliers will work out the exact meterage of tiles required to tile the space as per your design and give you a cost for this work, in all cases Regency with ensure you get the bathroom / ensuite of your dreams with minimal fuss.

Please note at Regency Loft Conversions we pass our discount with our bathroom supplier on to our customers so we will never be beaten on price for like for like products.
