"We had the 2 hips of our roof lifted to make new gables and we sited our stairs in an unconventional position (ie not running above the current stairs). Regency listened carefully to us, measured extensively and agreed it was possible. This allowed us to get 2 large bedrooms and a bathroom in the loft, rather than 2 small bedrooms if the stairs were in a more conventional position.
No other loft company or builder was prepared to consider this approach despite the fact it gave us a far better and more usable space.
I am very happy with the build and the work done - it looks great and the quality of workmanship is outstanding. My project manager and builder in particular, have done an outstanding job (even when I asked to add in some extra round windows on day 3 of the build!). I was provided with excellent clear and concise information & updates throughout the build and really made me feel comfortable with progress and quality throughout.
Initially when I looked at the Regency website, I did not think I would be able to afford them. However their price was extremely competitive and combined with their willingness to listen and accommodate our (customer) requests, those were the main reasons we chose to go with Regency.
I am really glad we did choose Regency, I wouldn't hesitate to have Regency back again or to recommend them.
